Haddo Way
Haddo is a place to have fun together. To keep it good for everyone there is the Haddo Way: a few clear rules that apply in the hotel, on the website and on our Discord. By using Haddo you agree to follow them; anyone who breaks them receives a measure based on how serious it is. If you have a doubt about a rule, ask the staff.
Respect others
How to behave with everyone, in chat and in rooms
- 1.1. Treat everyone with respect: no insults, mockery or harassment, in chat, in private messages, in names or in rooms.
- 1.2. No discrimination: racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia and hate against any person or group are not tolerated.
- 1.3. No sexual content or requests, and no "dating", online or in real life: there are young players on Haddo too.
- 1.4. No threats or violence, and never push anyone to hurt themselves. If someone is in danger, tell the staff straight away.
- 1.5. Don't disrupt: no spam, flooding or repeated messages, and don't ruin other people's events and games.
Protect yourself and others
Your personal data stays yours
- 2.1. Don't share your personal details (full name, address, phone, school, photos, social accounts) and don't ask for other people's.
- 2.2. Don't post information or pictures of other people without their permission.
- 2.3. Never give anyone your password or login codes: the Haddo staff will never ask for them.
- 2.4. Don't meet in real life people you got to know on Haddo.
Play fair
Trading, currencies and cheating
- 3.1. No scams: tricking someone to get credits, furni or currencies is forbidden, including with bets or games "for fun".
- 3.2. Don't sell or buy Haddo accounts, furni or currencies for real money or for items from other games: you can only buy in the official Shop.
- 3.3. No programs, scripts or bugs to gain an advantage. If you find a bug, report it to the staff instead of using it.
- 3.4. You can have at most two accounts. Extra accounts used for rewards, votes or currencies will be closed.
- 3.5. Don't get around a ban or a mute with another account.
Accounts, names and rooms
What you create is seen by everyone
- 4.1. Names, mottos, rooms, groups and photos must be suitable for everyone: no insults, sexual content or advertising.
- 4.2. Don't pretend to be a staff member or someone else.
- 4.3. Don't advertise other hotels, websites or servers.
- 4.4. You are responsible for what happens on your account and in your rooms.
Staff and measures
How the staff works and what happens if you break the rules
- 5.1. Respect the staff's decisions. If you disagree, write calmly through the Help Centre, not in public.
- 5.2. Use "Call for help" only for real problems: false or joke reports will be punished.
- 5.3. Measures range from a warning to a mute, a temporary ban and up to a permanent ban, based on how serious it is. Scams, threats and sexual content involving minors lead to an immediate ban.
- 5.4. The rules can change: the valid version is always the one on this page.
